Friendly, approachable and naturally driven, Taylah puts a lot of value on the way people feel throughout an experience. For her, the outcome matters, but making sure clients feel supported, informed and confident along the way matters just as much.
It’s a mindset that’s already earned her recognition. One of Taylah’s proudest career achievements is receiving a state-wide customer service award in her previous role, earned through positive feedback directly from the clients she worked with. It’s an achievement that reflects the level of care and commitment she brings to every interaction.
Clear and transparent communication sits at the heart of how Taylah works. She believes knowledge, honesty and personality go a long way, and wants every client to feel comfortable asking questions and confident they’re being kept in the loop.
Before real estate, Taylah completed a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic & Analytical Science through Flinders University, specialising in DNA and biological sciences — a background that speaks to her attention to detail, curiosity and determination.
With her Sales & Property Management qualification under her belt, Taylah is now focused on building her career, learning plenty along the way and making every client experience a positive one.
