Say hello to Lillee, bringing plenty of enthusiasm to an industry she’s wanted to be part of since she was 16.

Caring, considerate and always up for a challenge, Lillee is someone who likes to look at things from all angles and find a practical way forward. It’s an approach that comes in pretty handy in property management.

A lot of that comes from her dad, who taught her to work hard for what she wants, be kind to people and keep going when things don’t quite go to plan.

With her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice under her belt, Lillee is now focused on building her experience, learning as much as she can and making a career out of something she’s wanted to do for a long time.

For Lillee, good property management is about making sure people actually feel looked after. She wants her clients to feel comfortable coming to her with a question or problem, knowing she’ll listen, keep them in the loop and do her best to get it sorted.

Outside the office, you’ll usually find her somewhere near the ocean. Surfing, snorkelling and sunshine are all favourites, although her Golden Retriever would probably argue that he deserves the number one spot.

Property sales can be exciting or they can be due to tragic unforeseen circumstances,mine sadly was the second stated.However I am beyond greatful to have put my property sale in the hands of Joshua Faddoul at Eclipse real estate. The company itself are the definition of proffesional and offer so many extras when it comes to selling your property and making improvements prior to sale amongst many other things. Josh himself was wonderful,I sadly had a tragic family loss and the sale of the house came suddenly but he went above and beyond to help me achieve what I needed to,was patient and understanding,a book of knowledge but not forceful.
